大环二萜类化合物的研究(Ⅳ)——Isosarcophytol—A前体化合物的合成

Isosarcophytol-A(1)是1982年首次从澳大利亚软珊瑚(Nephthea brassica)中分离鉴定的西松烷型(Cembrane)大环二萜类化合物,其结构为6,10,14-三甲基-3-异丙基-3E,5E,9E,13E-环十四碳四烯-1-醇,是Sarcophytol—A(2)的异构体,但有关1的生物活性试验和全合成研究尚未见报道.我们在前文报道了以低价钛诱导的分子内二羰基偶联为环化方法,完成了天然大环二萜类化合物Cembrene—C的全合成和Sarcophytol—A(2)苄醚衍生物(3)的合成.本文报道以天然法呢醇4为起始原料,经区域选择性氧化、羟醛缩合等六步反应,合成了1的前体化合物11.合成路线如下:     

纳派林类二萜生物碱研究

纳派林类化合物是一类重要的二萜生物碱,本文概述了此类化合物的化学结构,波谱特征及某些化学反应,着重介纠~1H慢~13C NMR 的特征。并列表说明所有已知的天然存在的纳派林类化合物的结构、理化性质及植物来源等。     

Two New ent-Kaurane Diterpenoids from Isodon xerophilus

In continuation of our research on diterpenoids in the Isodon species, several newcompounds"' were obtained from the leaves oflsodon xerophilus (C. Y. Wu et H. W. Li)H. Secokaraconitine, A New Diterpenoid Alkaloid from Aconitum karacolicum

The known diterpenoid alkaloids karacoline, karakanine, songorine, napelline, 12-acetylnapelline, cammaconine, and a new 7,17-secoalkaloid of the lycoctonine type, secokaraconitine, were isolated from tubers of Aconitum karacolicum. An x-ray structure analysis of the new alkaloid was performed.     

Crotomacrine, a new clerodane diterpene from the fruits of Croton macrostachyus

A new clerodane diterpene, crotomacrine 1, together with the known crotepoxide were isolated from the fruits of Croton macrostachyus. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral evidence.     

Mass spectrometry of metastable ions from lagochiline-type diterpenoids

Low-and high-resolution mass spectra and spectra of metastable ions were studied using direct analysis of daughter ions (DADI) and metastable defocusing (MD) of lagochiline-type diterpenoids. 铁轴草中Teucvidin的衍生物研究

从唇形科植物铁轴草中分离得去甲克罗烷二萜化合物Ｔｅｕｃｖｉｄｉｎ，通过催化氢化、酯交换、水解等反应合成了８个衍生物，用＾１ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ和ＩＲ确定了其结构，初步生物活性测定结果表明，化合物Ⅱ和Ⅳａ的拒食作用显著。

Two Novel Sub-skeleton Types of ent-Kauranoids from Isodon gesneroides

Two novel ent-kauranoids with new sub-skeleton types, gesneroidins G and H were isolated as white powder from the ether extract of the leaves of Isodon gesneroides through normal phase column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated as 3β,6α,7β-triacetoxyl-15-hydroxyl-14-oxo-ent- 15,16-seco-kaur-11,17-olide and Iα-hydroxyl-3β,6α,7β,11 β-tetraacetoxyl-ent-nor-15,17-kaur-8,16-olide on the basis of the spectral evidences including ID and 2D NMR spectra.
